摘要
概述丹麦高等护理教育采用边理论学习边实践的教学模式,实行学校内、外部双重考核等灵活多样的考核方式以及采用以问题为基础的教学方法,强调教会学生自主学习的特色。为我国高等护理教育开展以人为本,以能力为中心,化被动学习为主动学习教学模式提供可鉴之处。
Advanced nursing education in Denmark is managed with the combination of students' simultaneous theoretical learning and clinical practice. This essay is focused on flexible and diversified evaluation methods which involve assessment carried out both inside and outside the school, such as lecture delivery, group assignment, and report writing. Along with them, the author introduces problem-based teaching approach, so as to feature their students in independent study. At present, the teaching concept of being people-oriented, ca- pability-centered and helping students make the transition from passive learning to active learning is greatly valued in advanced nursing education in China. It is hoped to provide some references for the progress of this significant undertaking with this paper.
