AdaBoost算法在AOI统计学习建模中的应用

Application of AdaBoost Algorithm of AOI Statistical Learning Modeling

PCB贴片安装机器视觉检测中,再流焊前后的很多检测中的特征必须依赖对样本的统计学习。机器学习中的AdaBoost算法可以将多个弱学习器组合提升为一个强学习器。提出将其应用于AOI的统计学习和检测,可以提高检测精度和速度,并提高泛化性能。对比试验证明了该方法的有效性。

In PCB SMT assembly,automated optical inspection before or after reflow must rely on statistical learning.In machine learning,AdaBoost Algorithm can boost multiweak learner into a strong one.It is proposed that AdaBoost is used for AOI statistical learning and classifying inspection.As a result,inspection accuracy,speed and generalization ability are all improved.Experimental results demonstrate that the method is effective.
