摘要
分析了盾构纠偏装置、土质环境、土体稳定等因素对盾构方向控制的影响,研究了盾构方向控制的基本原理和特点,建立了具有自主知识产权的盾构方向控制模型,在此基础上开发的盾构掘进方向计算机辅助控制软件已成功应用于工程,对于提高国产盾构信息化施工水平具有一定的参考价值。
The influence of the shield deviation correction devices, soil conditions and ground stability on the shied driving direction control is analyzed, the basic principles and features of shield driving direction control are studied and shield driving direction control model with independent intellectual property is established, on basis of which a computeraided shield driving direction control program is developed. The direction control program has been successfully applied in engineering practice. The paper can provide reference for the improving of the information-aided construction level of shield machines made in China.
