摘要
贵州省防护林资源生态效益评估主要是对涵养水源价值评估、保育土壤价值评估和固碳供氧价值评估。通过计算,全省防护林生态效益理论评估价值为198.02亿元,2005年现实支付能力为53.4654亿元,平均现实支付能力为4600元//hm2,只占理论评估值的27%。
The ecological benefits of the protection forests in Guizhou mainly lie in the conservation of soil and water, carbon dioxide fixation and oxygen generation. It was estimated that the ecological value of the protection forests in Guizhou province was ￥ 19802 million and the people＇s paying capacity for the ecological compensation at the year of 2005 was ￥5346.54 million （ ￥4600/hm^2）, accounting to 27% of the theoretical total value.
