On the Development of Special Compensation System in the Marine Salvage Law

本文通过对特别补偿制度产生背景的介绍,论述了该制度产生的意义。由于该制度的一些缺陷导致在实践中出现了很多问题,本文着重评析了特别补偿制度在发展中对于这些问题的解决方法,以及这些方法对于中国海商法的意义。

The essay introduces the background and the significance of the birth of special compensation system. With some inner defects of the system, there are several problems in the practice. This paper focuses on the way out in the development of the system. In the end ,the writer gives some advises to the revise of CMC.
