摘要
目的了解维甲酸致实验性骨质疏松后,动物肝脏功能影响的情况。方法取18只SD大鼠,分为实验组和对照组,实验组动物用70mg/kg/d维甲酸持续灌胃14d,对照组动物等量蒸馏水灌胃14d,灌胃14d后比较两组血清ALT、AST、γ-GT;比较两组肝脏HE切片。结果实验组与对照组比较,实验组大鼠ALT、AST、γ-GT无显著差异性(P>0.05);肝脏切片无明显差异。结论在维甲酸致骨质疏松模型中实验动物肝脏功能没有明显改变。
Objective To study the hepatic function of rats in experimental osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid.Methods 18 SD rats were divided into test group and control group.By intragastric administration,test group were administered with ratinoic acid and control group were administered with tales doses distilled water.The contents of serum ALT, AST and γ -GT were compared between two groups.Hepatic microtome section was compared too.Results Test group and control group had no manifest difference in contents ofALT, AST, γ-GT and hepatic microtome section. Conclusion Hepatic function had no significant change in experimental osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid.
