女性青少年颈椎骨龄与腕骨骨龄的相关性研究

Correlation of Female Adolescent Individuals Skeletal Maturation Stages De-termined by Cervical Vertebrae and Hand-wrist Evaluations

目的探讨女性青少年颈椎骨龄、腕骨骨龄与年龄之间的关系,评价颈椎骨龄在判断女性青少年生长发育方面的精确度,以期为颈椎骨龄的进一步临床应用提供更多的理论依据。方法对61名8～13周岁女性初诊患者的同期颈椎骨龄和腕骨骨龄进行测定,运用统计学分析的方法探讨颈椎骨龄、腕骨骨龄和年龄之间的关系。结果颈椎骨龄、腕骨骨龄、年龄各变量之间均呈显著相关性(P<0.01),其中腕骨骨龄与颈椎骨龄相关程度大于腕骨骨龄与年龄之间的相关程度。年龄与腕骨骨龄、颈椎骨龄之间存在显著性差异,腕骨骨龄与颈椎骨龄之间无显著性差异。结论颈椎骨龄与腕骨骨龄在评价女性青少年的生长发育阶段时具有相同的准确性,但评价个体生长发育潜力时,仍应紧密结合临床实际,才能做出正确诊断。

Objective To assess the correlation between cervical vertebral maturation and skeletal maturation of the hand-wrist among female adolescent individuals. Methods Hand-wrist and later cephalograms of 61 female subjects ranging in age from 8 years to 13 years was used.Hand-wrist radiographs were analyzed using the CHN to determine skeletal maturation age.Cervical vertebrae （C3 and C4） outlines obtained from lateral cephalograms were analyzed using the Winceph 8.0 software to determine skeletal maturation age.The Spearman rank correlation and analysis ofvariance（ANOVA） were used to evaluate the relationship between cervical vertebrae and hand-wrist bone age.Results Correlation values between any of the three variate were moderately high.The Spearman rank correlation coefficient revealed higher significant relationship between cervical vertebral bone age and hand-wrist bone age.Furthermore,the coefficients of correlation between hand-wrist bone age and cervical vertebral bone age are higher than that between hand-wrist bone age and chronological age.Conclusion Either of the methods can be used indistinctively for research purposes but not for the assessment of individual patients clinically.
