高血糖对血液流变学指标中黏度的影响

The Influence of the Hemorrheological Indices caused by High Blood Sugar

目的探讨高血糖对血液流变学指标中血浆和全血黏度的影响。方法检测80例高血糖患者的血浆和全血黏度,并与对照组进行对比分析。结果不同性别高血糖组血浆和全血黏度均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),中、低切黏度的变化尤为明显;而高血糖患者中三个浓度组存在着不同的变化规律,血糖浓度在7.5～9.9mmol/L时血浆和全血黏度均出现一个峰值;在10.0～13.9mmol/L时则均有降低的倾向;当>14.0mmol/L,全血黏度明显下降,而血浆黏度则又恢复上升的趋势。结论高血糖病人存在明显的血液流变学指标的异常且存在一定的变化规律,在检验工作中要特别注意血糖对血流变学指标检测的影响。

Objective To study the influence of the hemorrheological indices caused by high blood sugar. Methods The hemorrheological indices in 80 samples of high blood sugar people were detected.The hemorrheological indices measurement used LBY-N6B hemorrheologieal analyzer and LBY-NW1 plasma viscosity analyzer,respectively.Statistics analysis was done contrast to control group.Results The results of viscosity in different groups of sex were all higher than the control group （P〈0.01） in statistics.In three groups of high blood sugar people,the viscosity had different disciplinarian： When the blood sugar was at 7.5-9.9mmol/L,there was a high peak in viscosity; At 10.0-13.9mmol/L, the viscosity were decreased;When〉 14.0mmol/L, the blood viscosity was declined significant and the plasma viscosity was increased.Conclusion High blood sugar patients had obviously abnormality in hemorrheological indices and there was a disciplinarian in the change.In our clinical diagnostic work, we must pay more attention to these patients.
