64层螺旋CT在脑动脉造影中的应用

摘要 目的探讨64层CT在脑动脉三维成像(3DCTA)中的应用价值。方法对24例临床疑有颅内动脉瘤患者进行3DCTA检查,后处理技术包括最大信号强度投影(MIP)以及容积重建(VRT)。结果发现19例22个动脉瘤,3例动静脉畸形,2例阴性,均经手术或DSA证实。结论64层CT 3DCTA可显示脑动脉全貌,提高了对脑动脉病变的检出率。 Objective To evaluate the application of 64-slice CT imaging techniques in CT angiography of cerebral artery.Methods 24 patients who suspected as harboring cerebral aneurysms by referring physicians underwent 3DCTA.3D post processing techniques including MIP and VRT after bone subtraction.Results A total of 22 aneurysms were found in 19 patients, AVM 3 cases, 2 cases negative.All cases were confirmed by the following surgery or DSA.Conclusion 64-slice CT angiography 3D reconstruction can show the whole picture of cerebral artery.Thus,greatly improves the detectability of the pathological changes of the cerebral artery.
