摘要 本文考察了大孔树脂对红霉素发酵液的脱色作用,详细研究了工艺条件对树脂脱色能力的影响。实验结果表明,在室温下,以1.0BV/hr的流速进行吸附时,D293树脂对红霉素发酵液具有良好的脱色效果,处理量为10BV时,脱色率为68%;并对树脂再生条件作了研究。 The decolorization of erythromycin broth by using macroporous resin and the effects of adsorption conditions on its decolorization capability were studied. The results show that the resin D293 has the best effect on deconlorization, and the deculorization rate is 68% at the velocity of 1BV/h at room temperature,and the treatment capacity can be up to 10BV. Meanwhile,conditions of resin regenration were also studied.
