Xu Te - li is a famous oducafionist in Chinese history of modem education. His view on teachers focuses on the lofty to be a teacher , the necessity of having the world outlook of Marxism, teachers＇ important role in guiding students and the teachers promotion of their own qualities. Therefore ,it is very important and quite practical to study Xu Tell ＇ s View on teachers ,in order to strengthen the construction of our teaching stuff and to improve the teachers＇ quality.
