摘要
根据机械动力学原理建立了机床进给传动系统的数学模型,利用MATLAB软件中的动态仿真工具Simulink构建了车床进给系统的仿真模型,获得了反映系统性能的仿真曲线。利用仿真模型分析了间隙、死区等非线性因素对系统精度的影响,并给出了提高传动系统性能的措施。为机械传动系统的设计、参数的选择以及性能的改进提供理论依据。
The mathematical model of a machine tool feed drive system was set up according to the theory of mechanical dynamics theorem. The simulation model of applying motor for driving the lathe feed drive system was built up by the dynamic simulation tool Simulink, and the simulation curve lines of reflecting the systematic performances were acquired. According to simulation model, the effect of backlash and dead zone nonlinear factors on systematic performances was analyzed, and the measures of improving the systematic performances were given. So the theoretical basis is given for design, parameters choice and performances improvement of mechanical drive system.
