摘要
目的优选菊黄上清含片的水煎煮提取工艺条件。方法以总黄酮、甘草酸、总固体为检测指标,采用正交实验考察加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数对其收率的影响。结果最佳提取工艺条件为加10倍量水,煎煮1.0 h/次,煎煮3次。结论提取工艺合理可行。
Objective To study the water extracting technical condition of Juhuang Shangqing Buccal Tablet. Methods Total flavone, glycyrrhizic acid and total solids as indexes, Orthogonal test was used to evaluate the influence of the three factors, including the amount of water ,the extracting time and the number of time. Results The optimum extracting condition were: ten times of water,extracting one hour and three times. Conclusion The process is reasonable and favorable for industial production.
