摘要 利用SSR分子标记技术研究了135个西南地区玉米自交系的遗传多样性,62对SSR引物共检测出429个等位基因变异,每对引物检测到等位基因2~21个,平均为7个。聚类分析结果表明,大部分自交系划分到几大类群中,少数四川和云南材料可形成单独的类群。并探讨了西南地区玉米自交系间的遗传差异,所有供试自交系中遗传相似系数变化范围为0.56~0.96之间,遗传相似系数小于0.60有8对材料,其中四川材料与云南材料之间的有6对,一个方面说明云南材料与四川材料之间有相对较大的遗传多样性,另一个方面也表明地理来源差异相对较大的材料遗传多样性相对较丰富。 Genetic diversity among 135 maize inbred lines in southwest region was studied by using SSR markers. Among the 135 maize inbred lines, a total of 429 alleles were detected across all 62 loci. The number of alleles per locus ranged from 2 to 21, with an average of 7. The classification of heterotic groups were done in order to explore the genetic diversity of maize inbred lines in southwest region. The results were as follows: (1) Most inbred lines could be divided into several heterotic groups and a few ones came from Sichuan and Yunnan were clustered into another groups. (2) GS among the 135 inbred lines ranged from 0.56 to 0.96, and 8 pairs of materials were obtained with GS less than 0.6, in which 6 pairs of materials from Yunnan and Sichuan province respectively. On the one hand genetic diversity was relatively rich between the materials from Yunnan and Sichuan and on the other hand the materials with relatively different geography source had relatively big genetic diversity.
