320例文理科大学生心理健康状况调查及分析

Examination of the 320 University Students′ Psychological Health in Suzhou

目的研究苏州某大学学生的心理健康状况,以求有效地开展大学生心理健康教育。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对苏州某大学320名学生的心理健康状况进行研究。结果本资料大学生心理问题检出率为36.56%,女生心理问题明显比男生严重,四年级学生心理问题明显比一年级学生严重,文科生的心理问题明显比理科生严重,来自城镇和来自农村学生的心理健康状况差异无统计学意义。结论大学生心理健康状况应该引起较高重视。

Objective The status of the university students＇ psychological bealth was investigated in Suzhou, so as to carry out the psychological health education effectively. Methods The 320 university students in Suzhou were investigated with SCL- 90.Results Among these students, there were 6.56 % of the students with psychological problems. The psychological problems of female is obviously more serious than that of male, the seniors＇ were remarkabley more serious than freshmen＇, students majored in art were more serious than that in science. There was no difference between students＇ from rural and urban area. Conclusion It should be paid more attention to the psychological health status of university students.
