通络清肺健脾饮治疗肺心病急性期45例临床观察

Clinical effect of Tongluo Qingfei Jianpiyin in treating patients with pneumocardial disease in acute stage

[目的]观察在西医治疗基础上给予通络清肺健脾饮治疗肺心病急性期的疗效。[方法]将90例患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组45例,对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组在西医治疗基础上给予通络清肺健脾饮。[结果]治疗组在改善患者血流变,血气分析,临床疗效方面均优于对照组。[结论]通络清肺健脾饮与西药结合治疗肺心病急性期疗效较好。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Tongluo（dredging collateral） Qingfei（clearing away lung-heat） Jianpiyin （invigorating the spleen） in treating pneumocardial disease in acute stage based on the treatment with Western medicine. [Methods] Ninety patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated by Tongluo Qingfei Jianpiyin and Western medicine. The patients of control group were treated by Western medicine. [Results] The effect of treatment group had an advantage when compared with control group in hemorrheology, blood gas analysis and clinical effect. [Conclusions] Tongluo Qingfei Jianpiyin has a better clinical effect in treating pneumocardial disease in acute stage.
