从高职入口看我国高等职业教育改革

On the Access to Higher Vocational Education

我国现有高职入口模式“门槛高”、“面向窄”,不适应职业教育的发展方向。我们要改革高职入口模式,坚持以考查职业技能为主,面向全民,建立相关改革配套措施,推动全民职业素质的提高。

Nowadays, the access to the higher vocational education of China has been limited to secondary vocational school graduates who have to pass an entrance examination focusing on their theoretical knowledge. The paper holds that this pattern cannot accommodate the development of vocational education. Therefore, it suggests that all the citizens should have the rights to receive higher vocational education and their technical skills should be tested. Supporting measures are also needed to enhance our citizens＇ occupational quality in general.
