高职院校女性课程建设及其对女大学生成才的特殊意义

On Construction of Feminine Curriculum and Its Significance to Growth of Female Students in Higher Vocational College

在高等学校的教育教学实践中,贯彻“因性施教”的原则,是培养和造就高质量、高素质女性人才的重要课题。文章结合高职院校的实际,论述了女性教育特色课程的结构及内容,探究了女性课程建设的途径和方法,并着重从五个方面评析了女性课程建设对女大学生成长成才及未来职业生涯的特殊意义。

In teaching practice, how to apply the principle of educating students in accordance of their gender to the cultivation of female students＇ quality has always been a hot topic of research in college. The paper discusses the structure and content of feminine curriculum and based on the observation of the current reality of higher vocational colleges, it explores on the ways and means of developing feminine curriculum. It mainly focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the significance of feminine curriculum to the growth of female students in higher vocational colleges and their future career from five aspects.
