Guiding the construction of university libraries with viewpoint of scientific development

从分析科学发展观与高校图书馆的关系着手,提出高校图书馆建设中必须树立科学教育观、科学服务观和科学管理观,并且进一步阐述了新时期高校图书馆建设必须坚持发展思路创新、管理理念创新、服务模式创新、资源建设创新等新的思维模式。

Starting with analyzing the relationships between viewpoint of scientific development and university libraries, this paper points out that viewpoint of scientific education, viewpoint of scientific service and viewpoint of scientific management must be set up in the university library＇ s construction, and further elaborates that the four innovations must be insisted on at the present time, they are innovation of developing thinking, innovation of managing idea, innovation of serving pattern and innovation of resources construction.
