论述了在传统图书馆向数字图书馆转型的过程中,数字化参考咨询工作已成为现代高校图书馆重要的用户服务项目。为此,数字参考咨询工作必须要建立一整套完备的、科学的服务体系迎接网络化信息技术的挑战。

It is believed that the digital reference service is becoming one of the most important patron services during the transition period of the university library. In order to meet the challenge,it is necessary to build a set of scientific digital consultation service systems of library information service under the environment of network.
