一起35kV输变电设备雷击事故分析与对策

Analysis of Lightning Stroke Accident on 35 kV Transmission and Distribution Equipment and its Countermeasures

针对35 kV苏柠线遭受雷击引起多处断线及35 kV柠条塔变配电设备烧毁事故,从防雷及保护两方面进行分析,探讨防雷措施。采取在35 kV出线柜、线路终端塔加装氧化锌避雷器,增大35 kV出线柜TA变比及保护电流线截面等措施,落实管理责任,加强安全基础,效果显著。经过近5年的实际考验,系统运行正常。

Aiming at 35 kV Su-Ning power transmission line with various-point break and burnout accident of 35 kV distribution equipment in Ning-Tiao substation,measures of lightning-shielding are discussed from defending and protection aspects,such as adding zinc oxide arrestor to 35 kV outgoing line cabinet and power transmission tower,increasing TA ratio of 35 kV outgoing line cabinet and guard wire section, fulfilling the management tasks, and consolidating the safety basis. Practice shows that the results are satisfactory. Almost five years of operation practice has shown that the system has operated well.
