摘要
在教育飞速发展的今天,农村的“幼小教育”也得到了快速的发展。但处于学前教育末期的农村儿童在学习适应和社会适应两方面的入学准备显得劣势突出,许多不足之处也暴露出来了,给他们进入小学阶段学习造成了一定的困难。如果要使儿童顺利、健康的成长,幼小教育能自然、和谐的衔接,我们该怎么办呢?笔者分别从培养儿童的社会适应能力;明确衔接阶段的教育任务;不断提高教师自身素质,积极改善办学条件;充分发挥学校、家庭和社会的作用等四个方面进行了阐述。
