摘要 针对焦化废水处理站实际生产需要,建立了焦化废水中油的红外分光光度测定方法。探讨了NaCl和无水Na2SO4用量、CCl4定容等条件对测定结果的影响。结果表明,由于焦化废水中油乳化程度较低,可以用盐酸酸化破乳,在用CCl4萃取水中油时不需加电解质NaCl;加2g无水Na2SO4能使25mLCCl4萃取液脱水完全;萃取后的CCl4相不必定容可以直接进行测定。本方法对焦化废水中油进行测定,加标回收率93%~105%,相对标准偏差2.5%~8.7%。 In order to meeting the actual requirement of coking wastewater treatment station, a new method for the determination of oil in coking wastewater by infrared spectrophotomertry has been developed. The effects of the determination conditons on the determination results of oil including sodium chloride dosage, anhydrous sodium sulfate dosage and fixing volume by CCl4 were investigated. The results showed that the oil could be demulsificated by HCl without adding NaCl. 25 mL of CCl4 could be dehydrated by adding 2 g of anhydrous sodium sulfate, and the oil in CCl4 phase could be determinated directly without fixing volume. The method has been applied to the determination of oil in coking wastewater with recovery of 93 % - 105 % and RSD of 2.5 % - 8.7 %.
