套管改良法建立大鼠腹部心脏移植模型

Establishment of abdominal heart transplantation model by a modified cuff technique in rats

目的使用改进套管连接血管技术建立大鼠腹部异位心脏移植模型。方法SD大鼠作为供体和受体。受体行左肾切除术,并游离肾动静脉分别用自制的聚乙烯套管套好备用。摘取供心后采用套管法分别连接供心无名动脉与左肾动脉、供心主肺动脉与受体左肾静脉。结果手术成功率90.6%(29/32)。结论本术式操作简单实用,不需手术显微镜,易于推广。

Objective To improve rat heterotopiea abdominal cardiac transplantation by cuff technique and shorten the ischemie time of the donor heart. Methods Two kinds of heterotopie abdominal cardiac transplantation were performed on SD rats.The recipients underwent left nephrectomy and the left rental artery and vein were dissected separately .The donor innominate artery was anastomosed to the recipient left rental artery through eannular methods, and donor pulmonary artery to the recipient left rental vein. Results Successful rate of heterotopic cardiac transplantation is 90.6% （29/32）. Conclusion This method has advantage of simpleness, and requiring no operating microscope.So it is easily to be spreaded.
