摘要
“核心劳工标准”中所确立的权利和原则是基本人权的一部分。要实现“核心劳工标准”必须借助我国宪法中的权利内容。由于“核心劳工标准”效力的层次性,其与我国宪法的关系也是参差对应的。宪法在实现“核心劳工标准”时只有使之权利内涵与效力等级相对应,才能在现有宪法权利体系中实现“核心劳工标准”。
The principals and rights which are contained in "Core Labor Standard", is the part of fundamental human rights. The realization of "Core Labor Standard" has to recur to the Constitutional fundamental rights. Because the effectiveness of "Core Labor Standard" is layered, the relation.q'tip between each principal and the Constioation is different. When the content of "Core Labor Standard" is accordant with the Constitution, it can be come true.
