重构驰名商标的认定主体体系

Rebuilding the System of Determination Subject of Well-Known Trademark

驰名商标的认定体系是健全驰名商标制度的核心。目前我国驰名商标的认定主体体系存在诸多缺陷。文章在分析认定主体体系现状,存在问题的基础上,提出一些重构建议。

The well-known trademark determination system is the core of well-known trademark system. The system of determination subject has many shortoomings at present. This paper analyzes current situation of the system of determination subject, and existent problems. Some suggestions are also made on how to rebuild the system.
