摘要
直廓环面蜗杆的基本特征是其齿形在轴截面内为一条直线,因此在保证加工时不破坏这一基本特征,是衡量磨削加工方法是否可行的重要准则。本文结合工厂实际加工工艺,提出了用小圆柱面砂轮磨削直廓环面蜗杆的新方法,建立了数学模型。用计算机计算具体实例,精确的计算出其轴截面齿形;从理论上证明了这种磨削方法能保证蜗杆齿面轴截面齿形的直线性。
In this paper a new grinding method, using small cylindrical face grinding wheel to grind straight outline hourglass worm, is put forward, and the mathematical model is set up. Moreover, the specific example is calculated and the worm tooth profile in shaft section is qualified in a given accuracy.
