摘要
随着精密磨削、超精密磨削、高生产率磨削和难加工材料磨削等先进磨削工艺的发展,传统的刚玉和碳化硅磨料已不能满足生产需要,而新型的超微晶刚玉磨料有着优异的磨削性能。文章系统分析了这种新型磨料的性能特点、制造工艺、技术关键及其在生产中的应用。同时指出了使用中应注意的磨料浓度、粒度、硬度选择等问题;最后分析了国内该种磨料的研究发展状况。
Following the development of precision grinding, super - precision grinding and high - productivity grinding and difficult - machining material grinding, traditional corundum and SiC abrasive materials can no more satisfy the requirements of modem production. The new - type of ultrafine corundum abrasive materials, prepared by sol-gel technique, have excellent grinding performance. This paper analyzed the new type abrasive material characteristics, the manufacturing technology and their applications. In the meantime some suggestions were given on the selection of the concentration, grain size and hardness of the uhrafine corundum abrasive wheels. Finally, it analyzed the development and progress of the ultrafine corundum in China.
