针对油田集输泵站生产操作和管理落后的现状,设计了自动化控制系统。描述了Opto22 ME计算机监控系统的结构和功能,以及它在集输泵站分离器上的应用。应用结果证明:该系统可以实时自动监测、控制集输处理过程中各生产部位的工艺参数,保证油气集输生产的安全进行,优化现场操作条件,提高生产效率,有利于创造较高的经济效益。

In accordance with the operation and management status in quo of the oil field pumping station, automation control system is designed and applied in the field operation and management. The structure and function of the Opto22 ME computer monitoring ＆ control system are described, and the application of the system to oil - gas separators is discussed. It is proved that, by using the automation control system, production process can be monitored in real time, proceeded safely, production efficiency can be promoted, and more benefited.
