目的:探讨瘦素作用机制、了解瘦素及瘦素受体对代谢的影响,为下一步实验,表达重组体的构建提供了方便。方法:以逆转录多聚酶链扩增(RT-PCR)克隆长细胞内段形式瘦素受体(OBRb)基因cDNA。结果:成功克隆长细胞内段形式瘦素受体(OBRb)基因cDNA。结论:为进一步研究瘦素与瘦素的生理作用和作用机制的系列研究打下实验基础。

Objective To appraise effect principles of Leptin and study the influence of metabolism by Leptin and Leptin Receptor,so that it can offer the convenience of recombinant construction in the further experiment. Methods RT-PCR Clones for OBRbcDNA Gene of Leptin Receptor in Long Intracellular Domain. Results It succeeds to clone for OBRbcDNA Gene of Leptin Receptor in Long Intracellular Domain. It lays a experiment foundation for the studying of physiological effect and structure of Leptin and Leptin Receptor.
