胸部淋巴瘤的影像学鉴别诊断

Identiifcation and Diagnosis of Image Enzymonlogy of Lymphpma of Chest LESIONS

目的:分析胸部淋巴瘤的影像学表现,探讨其组织分型在影像学检查上的差别。方法:搜集34例胸部淋巴瘤的X线和CT资料,对比其病理上的组织分型,回顾性地观察各型的影像学表现。结果:34例病例中32例表现有纵隔、肺门淋巴结增大。12例何杰金氏病(HD)患者均为双侧对称性增大,20例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤(NHL)患者仅1例表现为对称性增大,19例表现为非对称性双侧纵隔、肺门淋巴结增大,另2例NHL表现为单独肺门淋巴结增大。其余肺部、胸膜受累情况则以NHL更为复杂和多元化。结论:影像学综合技术检查对于发现病变有较大帮助,其影像学表现对胸部淋巴瘤的组织分型和临床分期有辅助作用,价值应予以肯定。

Objective To analyze identification manifestion of Malignant lymphoma of chest lesions and investigate the difference of it＇s tissue cent type in image enzymology. Methods 34 cases of X-ray ,CT and of lymphoma of chest lesions, compare it＇s tissue cent type on the pathology, obserre it＇s image enzymology of all tissue cent types, Results Among 34 case,32 cases of Hodgkin＇s disease （HD） of a side symmetry augmentaion, 20 cases of non-hodgkin＇s lymphoma （NHL） of only one of a side symmetry ugmentation, 19 cases of mediastinal of hilar lymph nodal enlargement. 2 cases of only hilar lymph nodal enlargement, The other cases have more NHL ang different implicate in lungs and pleura. Conclusion Image enzymology can be of great help to discover pathological changes,It＇s performance of image enzymolofy has the action to the tissue cent type and the clinical cent period in lynphoma of chest lesions and it must have an affirmative value.
