Determination of Paracetamol in Tainuo Tablets by HPLC

目的:建立泰诺片剂中对乙酰氨基酚的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用ODS-C18色谱柱,内标为非那西丁,流动相为甲醇-水(70:30,v/v),流速1.0ml/min,检测波长257nm,测定泰诺片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量。结果:平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为0.42%。结论:本方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可用于本制剂的含量测定和质量控制。

Objective To establish an assay method for paracetamol in Tainuo tablets by HPLC. Methods Paracetamol was analyzed with HPLC, ODS-C18 was packed in the analytical column, and phenacetin as internal standard, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（70：30） and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, The UV detection wave length was 257 nm. Results The average recovery was 100.2% ,with RSD 0.42%. Conclusions This method was found to be simple,rapid,accurate and good for the determination of paracetamol and quality control.
