2,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛的经济合成新工艺 被引量:2

Novel Economical Route for Synthesis of 2,4-Dimethoxybenzaledhyde

摘要 以1,3-二甲氧基苯为原料,经Vilsmeier法使用DMF直接甲酰化来经济合成2,4-二甲氧基苯甲醛,获得IR、NMR定性合格的产品,经正交试验优化后无需提纯即可制得纯度98.64%、收率94.2%的目标产物,精制后纯度可达到99.6%。 2,4-Dimethoxybenzaldehyde was prepared using 1,3-dlmethoxybenzene as raw material through Vilsmeier formylation with DMF directly. The compound was characterized by IR and NMR as a qualified product. Under the optimal conditions the product obtained from the orthogonal experiments could be given in 94.2% yield with purity of 98.64% , after purification the purity of final compound could be reached 99.6%.
