摘要
测定丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法 采用HPLC法,以C18为填充柱,甲醇-水(80:20)为流动相。检测波长268衄。结果 丹参酮ⅡA在0.2—1.2岭范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.53%,RSD:1.08%。结论 采用HPLC法测定丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的含量,简便、快速、准确。
Objective To develop a method for the detennination of Tanshinone Ⅱ A in Salvia mizaonhiza Bge. Methods HPLC: gromasil C18 and methanol-water (80 : 20) were used as the chromatographic column and the mobile phase respectively with the detected wavelength at 268 rim. Results The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.2 - 1.24μg. The average recovery was 98.53%, RSD=1.08%. Conclusions The established method is simple, rapid, and accurate.
