摘要
提出了一种基于计算机图像处理的板形识别方法。首先对输入系统的图像进行中值滤波去噪预处理;再通过Canny算子检测图像的边缘;用Hough变换提取钢板板形特征;最后根据板形特征应用分类决策树实现对钢板板形的分类。实验表明该方法能有效地识别出钢板的单边浪、双边浪、中间浪和边中浪。
A kind of technique for plate-profile recognition based on computer image processing is proposed. Firstly, the image is filtered out some noise using median filter; Secondly, the edge is detected by Canny operator; Thirdly, profiles and flatness features are selected by Hough transform; at last, according to the features, the plate-profile's classifying by decision tree is realized. Experiment shows that this method can recognize the plate-profile including unilateralwave, bilateral wave, center wave and both edge and center wave.
