香菇多糖是真菌多糖中的一类,是目前最有开发前途的功能食品和药品资源之一。综述了香菇多糖的提取、分离纯化、结构分析、生物活性等方面的研究概况。
The polysaccharide from Lentinula edodes is one of fungus polysaccharides. It is regarded as one of the most promising resources of functional food and drugs. In this paper, it is reviewed that the studies on extraction, isolation and purification, structural analysis, biological activity of polysaccharide from Lentinula edodes.
