制度创新是创新理论的一个主要分支,企业是创新的主体,从制度角度对企业进行分析,始于罗纳德·哈里·科斯,而交易成本理论和代理理论则是企业制度创新理论不断丰富和发展而形成的两个主要分支。对利润的追求和制度变迁是企业制度创新的主要动因。
Abstract： System innovation is a main body of the innovation theory,enterprises are the main bodies of innovation, Ronald. Harry·Coase is the first man who analysed enterprises from the system.The transaction cost theory and the agency theory are the two main offshoots of the enterprises systems innovation theory. The motivation of going after profits and the variance of system is the main impetus of the enterprises systems innovation.
