Stability Analysis on the Roofs of Mined-out Area with Different Spans in Jiagou Mine

采空区是影响矿山安全生产的主要危险源之一。夹沟矿采空区的节理调查表明,结构面是夹沟矿采空区顶板稳定性的主控因素。数值分析结果表明:夹沟矿采空区的顶板是不稳定的,顶板岩体容易发生垮落事故。

Mined - out area is one of major dangerous source to affect the safety in mining. The joints investigation of mined - out areas shows that structure surface is dominative factor of roof stability of mined - out area in Jiaguo Mine. The results of numerical analysis on mined - out area indicate that the roof at mined - out areas is unstable and the rock in the roof is easy to collapse in this mine.
