摘要
考察了新型浮选剂JT-235与异戊基黄药混合联用对武山硫化铜矿的浮选性能。结果表明,JT-235与异戊基黄药之间具有协同浮选作用。开路试验中,当JT-235与异戊基黄药配比为12 g/t∶20 g/t,浮选硫化铜矿的效果最好,闭路试验中,JT-235与异戊基黄药配比为12 g/t∶10 g/t,铜精矿品位提高0.64%,选硫回收率提高1%,硫精矿品位提高0.56%,同时药剂成本有所减少。
The flotation properties of combination of new flotation reagent JT -235 and isoamyl xanthate for the sulfide copper ore from Wushan Copper Mine was investigated. The results showed that there is synergistic effect between JT -235 and isoamyl xanthate for flotation of the sulfide copper ore. In the open - circuit flotation experimentations, the optimum floatation effect of the copper sulfide ore can be obtained when the adding ratio of the two kinds of collector is 12 g/t : 20 g/t; in the closed - circuit flotation experimentations, when the adding ratio of the two kinds of collector is 12 g/t : 10 g/t, the grade of copper concentrate is increased by 0.64%, recovery ratio of sulfur is increased by 1%, and the grade of sulfur concentrate is increased by 0.56%, furthermore, the cost of reagents decreases.
