摘要
1957~2006年间全球航天运载器的发射统计数据,给出了50年来全球航天运载器的可靠性和发射成功率,并详细给出了美国和中国的各种型号航天运载器的可靠性分析结果。概述了各国航天运载器的发射失败事件及其失败原因,并对分系统故障进行了分类统计。针对引起发射失败次数最多的推进系统,提出了一些故障防止对策,并给出了提高可靠性的研究工作建议。
Space launch successes and failures data in the whole world in the past fifty years (from 1957 to 2006) is collected. Each space-faring nation's launch success rate as a percentage of its total launches are given. Space launch vehicle reliability for U.S. and China is particularly presented. An analysis of space-mission failures and cause of failures is introduced. Launch vehicle failures are classified by subsystem. For propulsion subsystem problems predominated, some preventive measures are put forward. Finally, the proposal of the development work for enhancing reliability is given.
