摘要
针对传统光学傅里叶变换轮廓术(FTP)在测量表面形状复杂、曲率较大的物体时其条纹频谱存在混叠,无法获得被测物体表面准确的轮廓信息这一缺陷,在总结分析了窗口FTP、伸缩窗口FTP的基础上,提出了自适应窗口FTP。并对这3种改进型FTP的测量精度作了对比分析,证明自适应窗口FTP的测量精度最高,比传统FTP提高了近100倍。改进后的FTP可广泛应用于工业、生物医学、航空航天等领域。
Based on the analysis of windowed Fourier transform profilometry(FTP) and dilating windowed FTP,a self-adaptive windowed FTP is proposed. The stripe frequency spectrum of traditional FTP is overlapped and the accurate profile information of the measured object is not obtained when the object of the figure is complicated and its curvature is large. Meanwhile, the accuracy of three improved FTPs is compared and analyzed. Results prove that self-adaptive windowed FTP has the high accuracy and increases 100 times than the traditional FTP. The improved FTP can be widely applied to the fields of industry, biological medicine, aeronautics and astronautics.
