This text has carried on the issue that the agricultural finance ends and makes the rural public products to supply, puts forward the governments at all levels of clarifying to offer the responsibility for the public products, constructs corresponding measures such as pluralism that the rural public prod- ucts supply and promotion coordinated reform.
