摘要
如何完善政府采购制度并逐步开放政府采购市场,已成为当前我国政府采购实践中一个十分重要的课题。本文运用制度经济学中的交易成本及效益理论来分析政府采购法律制度,并提出了进一步完善我国政府采购法律制度的措施。
How to perfect government procurement system with open govenmment purchase market have become the important thing. Our country government procurement practice is a very important lesson. Under this background, we should apply the theory of trade cost and effectiveness of institutional economics, perfect the legal system of government procurement of our country uheriorly.
