高校辅导员队伍建设的现状及改进措施

Present Situation and Measures of the Counsellors' Construction in Colleges and Universities

高校学生辅导员队伍建设存在以下问题:一是角色定位问题;二是辅导员数量不足,流动性大;三是辅导员专业化不强,不能完全适应学生要求。建设措施:一是提高认识,转变思想;二是完善机制,狠抓落实;三是加强高校辅导员队伍的专业化和职业化建设;四是切实抓好辅导员队伍相关待遇的落实。

Counselors in colleges and universities are like bridges through which leaders in colleges can communicate with students. They are also the organizers in students thought and polities. Our research is as follows： The role orientation comes first. Secondly, the quantity of eounselors is not enough. Thirdly the specialization of counselors is not strong enough to meet students＇ demand completely. Therefore we propose to taking the following measures： firstly we should heighten our cognition; secondly we should better our system and concentrating on fulfilling; thirdly we should strengthen the construction of the specialization of counsellors in colleges and universities and finally we should guarantee the reasonable treatment of the counselors.
