光动力疗法在抗肿瘤血管方面的应用 被引量:6

摘要 光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)是一种正在快速发展中的治疗恶性肿瘤的新技术,它具有对靶组织选择性高、正常组织损伤小等优点。本文从光动力的历史和反应基本原理出发,对PDT的最新进展:抗血管光动力疗法(antiangiogenic-PDT)作一综述。
