摘要
为了获得脱丙酮型RTV硅橡胶的优良交联剂,实验合成了乙烯基三异丙烯氧基硅烷。以氯化亚铜为催化剂,三乙胺为缚酸剂,丙酮与乙烯基三氯硅烷为原料反应制取乙烯基三异丙烯氧基硅烷。并对其结构进行分析表征。同时研究了反应时间、加料速度和温度、不同溶剂、反应物料配比等因素对反应收率的影响。结果表明以上几个因素对产物收率都有显著影响,实验确定了反应工艺路线,产物乙烯基三异丙烯氧基硅烷的平均收率可达45.7%。
In order to obtain the excellent crosslinker of deacetonized RTV silicone rubber, vinyltriiso- propenyloxysilane was synthesized by experiment. Vinyhriisopropenyloxysilane was prepared with cuprous chloride as catalyzer, triethylamine as absorb acid agent, acetone and vinyhrichlorosilane as raw materials. The vinyltriisopropenyloxysilane was analyzed and characterized. Also the influences of reaction time, feeding temperature and velocity, manifold solvent and volume fraction of reaction materials on the yield of vinyltriisopropenyloxysilane were investigated. The results show that these factors affect the yield. Under the optimum reaction conditions, the yield of vinyhriisopropenyloxysilane can reach 45.7%.
