引入ISO 9000族标准加强医疗废物的过程管理

目的加强医疗废物的管理，保护环境，防止疾病传播，保护人民群众健康。方法建立健全以法人代表为第一责任人的医疗废物管理体系，引入ISO 9000族标准，制定医疗废物从产生到交运各环节的工作流程，明确各部门及人员的职责，加强对全院员工医疗废物管理知识的培训，发挥监督检查职能作用，采取问题反馈的措施，及时整改。结果医疗废物的管理达到了法制化、规范化、制度化。结论引入ISO 9000族标准，加强医疗废物处置的过程管理，达到医疗废物管理质量的持续改进，实现保护环境，保障人民群众健康的目标。

Objective To strengthen the management of the clinical waste, protect the environment, prevent the diseases spreading and protect people＇s health. Methods By inducting file ISO 9000 standards, we established the management system of rite clinical waste with our hospital legal person as the major leader, formulated the process -management rele, emphasized each department＇s responsibility, trained our hospital＇s staff about the management knowledge on the clinical waste, inspected the management of the clinical waste and distrib uted the questionnaires then gathered the information to find problems, then solve them. Results The management of the clinical waste in our hospital has been institutionalized, standardized and regularized. Conclusion By inducting the ISO 9000 standards, we can strengthen rite process - management of the clinical waste to improve the management quality, then reach the objective to protect the environment and people＇s health.
