摘要
综述了近年来叠氮化钠在有机合成中的应用,包括四唑类化合物的合成、三唑类化合物的制备、用Curtius重排反应合成异氰酸酯、叠氮化合物的合成、转化羧酸成氨基甲酸酯、与环烯酮反应生成β-叠氮羰基化合物、合成1-芳基-1H-苯并三唑、酰胺的合成、β-叠氮酮的合成、合成3-氰基吲哚、叠氮化开环反应、作还原剂还原1,4-苯醌成氢醌等。
The recent progress and the application of sodium azide in organic synthesis,including the synthesis of tetrazole compounds, the preparation of triazole compounds, the synthesis of isocyanates by Curtius rearrangement reaction, the synthesis of azide compounds, the direct conversion of carboxylic acids into carbamates, the formation of β-azidocarbonyl compounds by reaction with cyclic enones, the synthesis of 1-aryl-1 H-benzotriazoles, the synthesis of amides,the synthesis of α-azidoketones, the synthesis of 3-cyanoindoles, the ring opening reactions of epoxides and aziridines, and reduction of 1,4-benzoquinones to hydroquinones were reviewed.
