高眼压症与角膜中央厚度关系的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨部分高眼压症患者所表现出的非病理性高眼压(OHT)是否与角膜中央厚度(CCT)有关。方法共收集15名OHT患者(29只眼)。用超声角膜测量仪测量中央角膜厚度。结果OHT患者CCT在588-625um之间,明显高于正常值(531±4um)。结论至少一部分OHT患者所表现的非病理性高眼压来源于增厚的角膜中央厚度。 Objective To determine whether ocular hypertension(OHT)is relation with central corneal thickness(CCT). Methods 15 patients with OHT . Central corneal thickness was determined with ultralsonic pachymetry. Results The CCT in OHT patients was 588-625um. This is significantly greater than normal result(531±4um). Conclusion Increased corneal thickness leads to artificially high estimation of IOP in OHT patients clinically.
