Research on Machine Equipment Selection for Dynamic Alliance

作为敏捷制造的企业组织形式,动态联盟使企业具有快速适应市场需求不断变化的能力。企业组建动态联盟,首先就面临着设备选择问题。由于设备选择过程的复杂性,可以应用模糊化的方法解决问题。文章提出了一种基于模糊层次分析法和模糊决策的设备选择方法,选择适合的设备,组成能够完成任务、成本最优的设备组合。

As an organization of enterprises in agile manufacturing, virtual organization provides enterprises with abilities of quick market-fitting. Equipment select ion is the first issue to construct virtual organization. Some fuzzy methods rise due to complexity of equipment selection process. An equipment selection method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy decision was proposed. The suitable equipments were selected, and the equipment group was constituted by which all the procedures can be finished and the cost should be optimized.
